My most recent experience stood out thanks to the exceptional service provided by John. John consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a fantastic dining experience. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly attitude truly make each visit memorable. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and I wanted to recognize and thank him for making our visit so enjoyable. I also want to mention how much I love the relaxing music you play. As a mother of four, my days can often be stressful, and when I come in with all my kids, the calm and soothing atmosphere is such a welcome relief. And, of course, the food at The Mad Claw is absolutely amazing! Every shrimp is full of flavor, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into preparing your meals. It's one of the many reasons I keep coming back and why I recommend your restaurant to others. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place for families and individuals alike. This place is soooooo delicious! I came here on a weekday and weekend and I was assisted right away. Staff are extremely attentive and super kind. The environment is clean and aesthetic to fit the seafood boil style. I always get the peeled shrimp with potatoes and corn full house and I've tried both hot and medium- just a heads up they are . I as a spice lover thought medium was good for me. The Cajun fries are also so good and always fresh. For drinks, the fish bowl is a HIT and the miches are sooooo fire. Really enjoyed this place and will definitely be coming back, it is now my seafood boil spot! 10/10 recommend.

The shrimp was super fresh and tasty. I truly enjoyed my stay. The server was nice and friendly. A big plus is they had their TVs on (football Saturday) to watch during our stay. The seating area was super clean and well kept. It was a bit lonely but we did show up at a weird time. But overall I loved my food and beer.
